Fall Season

Youth Boys

Build Skills, Gain IQ, Learn Team Concepts

Arlington Attack’s Fall Season is a focused development window designed to sharpen fundamentals and strengthen team concepts heading into the offseason. Players will get consistent reps through structured practices, learn age-appropriate positional responsibilities and team systems, and then test what they’ve built in a single tournament. It’s the ideal balance of training and competition—without the full spring schedule.

Who This Is For

The fall season is a great fit for both newcomers and returning players. Practices are designed to meet players where they are—reinforcing fundamentals, building confidence, and adding game-ready skills through high-rep drills and small-sided play.

What Players Will Work On

Fall is about refining the core skills and building the “team concepts” of lacrosse:

  • Fundamentals under speed: throwing/catching, ground balls, shooting, and finishing basics
  • Small-sided play: faster decisions, more touches, more reps
  • Positional development: age-appropriate responsibilities, spacing, and situational awareness
  • Team concepts: transitions, offensive/defensive principles, and simple systems players can execute
  • Game readiness: turning practice habits into confident play
