Ready to try lacrosse? Our Learn 2 Lax clinic is designed for beginners who want to build confidence, learn the game, and have fun! Each session introduces players to the core skills they’ll need to get started, with lots of games and fun!

What players will learn:

• Throwing & Catching: Develop proper stick handling and passing basics.
• Ground Balls: Learn how to scoop the ball quickly and effectively.
• Dodging & Cradling: Build comfort carrying the ball while moving.
• Game Play & Teamwork: Practice fun drills that introduce game situations.

Learn 2 Lax Details: 

When: Mondays

• Session One (January): 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26
• Session Two (February): 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23

Cost:

• $50 per session
• Or sign up for both sessions for $85
